Mission Statement

Helping athletes achieve their goals by training mindset and leadership skills.

Founder Brian Cameron

From an early age I dreamed about playing lacrosse at the highest level. Growing up in New Hampshire I was fortunate to have many impactful coaches and teammates with the New Hampshire Tomahawks, Bedford Cannons and Bishop Guertin high school. I tried my best to be a student of the game and look for any way I could get a slight edge over the competition. Once I arrived at college I was not only refining my game on the field and in the weight room, but I discovered the importance of training mindset and leadership. Having the right mentality, confidence, ability to deal with adversity and preparation was something I hadn't studied or trained. There was so much beneficial information and application that I learned on the mental side of the game after high school that I know will be beneficial to the next generation.  After living out my dream of playing at the highest level of college lacrosse both at Rutgers and UNC, I am excited to devote the next chapter of my life to helping the next young athlete turn their dreams into a reality.

I Have Been There

2006-12

  • Would be scared to shoot after missing the first two shots. Wouldn't run the lane on fast breaks with the fear of missing a layup. Would have a bad game in lacrosse or basketball and it would ruin my mood for the day or week.

2014

  • Committed to UNC the summer going into freshman year of HS. Dealt with pressure, expectations and outside noise.

2015

  • Learned to take the path less traveled and avoid drugs, alcohol and complacency. Competed for playing time for the first time in high school basketball.

2019-2023

  • Experienced wins and losses. Dealt with coming off the bench, starting, having great days and poor days. Started to learn the mental nuances of the game. Came back from injury and surgery. Learned from different coaching staffs, leaders and cultures. Learned how to lead and mentor young teammates.
